Shipping Policy
At CryoVial, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, or carrier disruptions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination, carrier availability, and fulfillment location.
Typical estimated delivery windows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International orders: 10–25 business days, where available
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Any available shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates will be shown during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow several business days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
CryoVial is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- Incomplete delivery information
- Refused deliveries
- Failure to pick up a package
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that an order was delivered, CryoVial is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cryovial.us.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by their country.
CryoVial is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
